Maintenance
The bluering support package was created as a result of client requests. We have found that during the initial year of operation, client project teams may have difficulty with supporting the system and expert knowledge is required from time-to-time to resolve problems. Although the amount of support needed after the first year is expected to drop, there is always a variance related to employee turnover and accelerated specific client requirements.
The post implementation support services from bluering include the following:
- Bug resolution and patch application (functional and technical analysis).
- Answering end-user functional questions (this does not include formalized user training, but only answering user questions on a one-on-one basis).
- Technical maintenance of the system (only for the last support option).
- Performance tuning.
